Lead Designer Responsibilities

Administer the overarching design principles for agency brand and identity

Provide art direction, graphic design, video editing, visual guidance, and serve as brand manager to ensure uniformity for all internal and external-facing projects including talent pitch materials (decks, one-sheets, EPK’s), email marketing, sizzle reels, original content, digital zines, website image curation, TWG Incubator, and WALLxCHANGE

Conceptualize and implement creative strategy to improve booking table efficiency including an internal database housing marketing materials leading to a reduced influx of emails and increase in productivity

Capture video and photo on set and behind the scenes, including NYFW 

Oversee print collateral sourcing, production orders, merchandise, and other materials

Guide and shape Design Team thoughtfully and efficiently with project tracking, weekly to bi-weekly check-ins, and open communication
